This week for our wine tasting our CTS Distributing sales rep Julie will be pouring four Chilean wines! Chile is a fantastic wine producing country that I think is just about to claim their place in the spotlight. Stop in from 4pm to 7pm and find your favorite!

Viña Tabalí Sauvignon Blanc

Reg. $14.99 15% Off $12.74

Viña Tabalí as founded in 2002 and they have taken the time to find the best locations for the respective grapes! With the exception of the Carmenere, all of the grapes featured are from the Limarí Valley, a cooler region that showcases the grapes nicely!

Viña Tabalí Chardonnay

Reg. $20.99 15% Off $17.84

This Chardonnay is grown and made how it’s supposed to be. Cool climate, limestone soils and a smidge of French oak on the finish. This Chardonnay has notes of apple, pear and melon intertwined with round texture and just the right amount of richness.

Viña Tabalí Pinot Noir

Reg. $17.99 15% Off $15.29

South America makes some of the best bang for the buck Pinot Noir in the market. Chile has the ideal climate with the ocean keeping things cool and the high slopes of the Andes. Pinot Noir likes cooler areas and it rewards Chile with balanced cherry notes, subtle baking spices, medium body and good acidity. A superbly balanced wine.

Viña Tabalí Carmenere

Reg. $17.99 15% Off $15.29

Carmenere is the best red grape you’ve never heard of. It was transplanted from Bordeaux mistakenly since it was thought to be Merlot. Phylloxera hit Bordeaux and bam, no more Carmenere. Years later genetic testing found a lot of the Chilean “Merlot” was actually Carmenere. It has all of the best qualities of Merlot along with a well integrated green, peppery note.
