This week we are excited to host a tasting with local distillery Whistling Hare from Westminster. They are a family run distillery that makes their spirits in small batches using local ingredients. Their flagship Bourbon is predominantly blue corn that is grown by the Ute tribe in Cortez, Colorado and that just shows you how dedicated they are to locally sourced ingredients! Our Whistling Hare rep Brian will be here pouring from 4:30pm to 6:30pm so stop in and taste some stuff!
