Empire Estates Blanc de Blancs

All of the grapes for the Empire Estate Blanc de Blancs are sustainably farmed and each vineyard is vinified separately to be blended together at the end. The wine uses the Charmat method like Prosecco for the secondary fermentation so the wine is in pressurized tanks and bottled with no lees aging. The finished wine is bright and crisp with intense acidity, notes lemon and lime zest, golden apple and a good dose of minerality.
Château d’Astros Aventure Rosé

Château d’Astros is winery from Provence that is certified organic and celebrating their extensive wine making history! The wine is a blend of Grenache, Caldoc and Cinsault and has notes of white peach, watermelon, fresh herbs and balanced minerality.
Cascina Feliciana Chiaretto Rosé

The wine is typically based on the grape Corvina that is also grown in the Veneto but this rosé is a blend of Marzemino, Groppello, Barbera and Sangiovese. This rosé is heartier than your typical Provence style but not as dark as a Tavel, instead striking the perfect balance for a crowd pleasing rosé. Notes of dark cherry, cranberry, dried herbs and balanced minerality make this a fantastic food wine!
Birichino Scylla Red Blend

Don’t let this fool you; this is a far cry from most Cali red blends. Birichino makes wines up in the Santa Cruz Mountains that are lower alcohol, restrained and delicate. The Scylla is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Mourvèdre that is light, crunchy and delicious.
