We are very excited for this Thursday’s spirit tasting from 4-6pm with Madre Mezcal! Madre is a joint venture between Stefan Wigand and Tony Farfalla from Colorado and the Garcia Morales family down in Oaxaca. The Garcia Morales family has their distillery right outside of San Dionisio and they make their Mezcal very traditionally. Their flagship red label is a blend of Espadin and Cuishe agave and they recently released a 100% Espadin expression. Stop in tomorrow and taste both of these incredible Mezcals!
